When I was notified that I’d been accepted to write about Shutterfly’s huge selection of Christmas and holiday selection of cards, calendars, invitations and other related media, I was thrilled. I’ve always loved sending and receiving holiday cards. A big part of the fun comes from picking out JUST the right card to send to a pretty wide variety of people. I send some to family, of course, some to friends, both near and far, and some to clients. Sometimes, I buy different ones, bit I prefer to use the same one for as many as I can.
Shutterfly makes that easy!
Clicking on Shutterfly’s folded greeting cards button brings me 199 options! Of course, being a photographer, I LOVE the idea of including my photographs on a holiday card, and Shutterfly makes that super simple.
First, of course, is picking out your photographs. I can’t help you with that – of course, having tens of thousands of photos on my harddrives makes this step nearly impossible!
Second, choose the layout or card design that you like best, that will show off your photos. Like I said, they have 199 different options. SURELY, you can pick one, right? (ok, I know – it’s hard to choose just one!)
Third, select those photos you’ve picked out of your collection – OR you can even log into your Shutterfly account and use any that you’ve got on there.
Upload the photos to their site (or transfer them) – it only takes a few minutes.
Fourth, just drag your photos into the right places on the card that you’d like them to appear.
Once you’re happy with your photos, you just click on the caption box, sign your cards with your own greeting and you’re done. It’s so simple and easy.
For me, personally, I never knew Shutterfly had so many choices. They’ve made the process quick and painless and very affordable too! They start at just $1.19 each, and are full-sized cards. They can ship them to you OR they’ll stamp and mail your cards FOR YOU (for a small fee)! How cool is THAT?
here’s my sample that I prepared to show you. It’s not the ones I’ve ordered, mainly because I didn’t have the right photos on this computer LOLhttp://www.dawniemom.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
Shutterfly is providing me with my own order of holiday cards in consideration for this review. All opinions are mine.
