Who do you trust?

My daughter Libby has EXTREMELY sensitive skin.  A routine tickle session with her results in hives. Long sleeves and pants make her itch, no matter what I’ve used in the laundry.  So when she takes a bath, she can’t use any of those cutesy bath sets that they make for kids, particularly around the holidays.  She has to have something safe and gentle.  Enter Johnson’s.  From the day she was born, she’s been bathed in Johnson’s.  The very first bath your baby recei...

On the Road again!

Last year, we were SUPPOSED to go to see the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, but due to my husband’s inability to ask for directions, we never made it.  I was so disapointed, because my kids had never been to the REAL circus, and here we were, just circling it! When it did, she was glued to the screen.  There was something about the sounds, the images – everything.  She just loved it. Now, we have 2 addicts – Zachary loves Wubbzy too!  So of course, I was thrilled when Mom Central asked us to review the newest Wubbzy DVD, A Little Help from My Friends.   The DVD featur...

Online Internet Safety

I’ll be honest.  I’m extremely protective when it comes to allowing my oldest online in any situation where he’d be able to chat with other people.  The only online he plays, I have full control of his account, and keep it so that he can only talk to me, my mom, my nephew – people we KNOW.  Perhaps I’ve watched too much Dateline, but the online world for kids is a scary place to me.  To think of what he might be up to if he were online by himself is just too creepy! That’s...
